USING WANASA

Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using Wanasa as a host or guest.

Effective September 5, 2026

Agreement

By using Wanasa, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.

The service

Wanasa provides tools for creating, sharing, and managing event invitations, RSVPs, comments, polls, and related event information. Guests do not need an account. Hosts can publish without signing in and may optionally save event access by email or Google sign-in.

Features may change as the service develops. We may suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.

Host access and optional accounts

A host-management link, recovery code, browser credential, email recovery link, or signed-in account can provide control over an event. Keep these credentials private. You are responsible for actions taken through credentials you control and should contact support promptly if you believe host access has been compromised.

A guest invitation link is not a host-management credential. Opening a public invitation, knowing an event ID, or using an email address that matches a receipt does not establish event ownership.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You give Wanasa permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Hosts are responsible for invitation accuracy, the people they invite, lawful use of photos and other content, event safety, permissions for locations, and selecting appropriate privacy settings. Guests are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their submissions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wanasa to break the law, harm or deceive people, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited messages, probe private events, bypass access controls, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, or interfere with another person’s event or account.

We may remove content, limit activity, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Wanasa, or third parties.

Sharing and privacy choices

Hosts decide whether an event is public, uses a private invitation link, or requires a passcode. A private link may be forwarded and is not identity verification. Hosts also control guest-list visibility and when exact location details are revealed.

Hosts should share management links separately from guest invitations and should never place a passcode in a public post or public URL.

Third-party services

Wanasa may link to or rely on services such as Google, Google Maps, analytics, hosting, storage, WhatsApp, and transactional email. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Wanasa does not control third-party availability or what happens after you leave Wanasa.

Events and transactions

Wanasa is an invitation and coordination tool. We do not organize, supervise, insure, endorse, or guarantee events, hosts, guests, venues, transportation, payments, or attendance. Hosts and guests are responsible for their own decisions and safety.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Wanasa disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, permanent storage, or that every message or link will be delivered. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wanasa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, lost data, lost profits, event costs, or harm caused by users or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to the support contact identified on Wanasa’s Google authorization screen.
